In a statement, Seed & Feed co-owner Blake Thompson said, “We see this as a chance to leave an indelible mark on the St. Pete culinary scene. We want this venue to become an extension of the St. Petersburg Museum of History experience and have us help serve as St. Pete ambassadors to each guest that may be visiting our amazing city.”

In addition to its to-go menu, Perry’s Porch – named for the early 20th-century developer Perry Snell who’s largely responsible for revitalizing the city according to his principles of marrying urban landscapes with their natural surroundings – will offer a full-service restaurant and coffee bar, plus outdoor dining that compliments its location near the History Museum and waterfront. Details of that menu, however, are yet to be released.

Regarding the partnership, executive director of the St. Petersburg Museum of History Rui Farias said, “We are beyond thrilled and excited for Perry’s Porch. Ryan and Blake lead a successful local group that wants to honor the city’s past while providing a unique and historic café experience.”
