A new bar is preparing to open this spring in Wesley Chapel. Blush Champagne & Cocktail Bar will open in Unit #101 at 5903 Golden Parkway, according to a recent plan review. Part of shopping center KRATE, the location also sits alongside The Grove at Wesley Chapel.
What Now reached out to owner Felicia Desai on Thursday for comment on the news. Desai said Blush is expected to open this spring but declined to comment further on the brand at this time.
Much about Blush Champagne & Cocktail Bar thus remains a mystery. Apart from the champagne and cocktails in the bar’s evocative name, it is so far unknown what the menu will consist of. Will there be food? What’s the vibe going to be like? Stay tuned.
The Grove at Wesley Chapel is a shopping mall anchored by big box stores like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, and several others. Right next to it is KRATE, which houses a wide variety of food and drink spots, including—to name only a few—Tacos El Patrón Taqueria, Provisions Coffee & Kitchen, and Rhythm Pon De Grille.
