According to company spokesperson, Corey Diesz, Mosaic plans to break ground at the site on Nov 14, and hopes to officially open around March 2023.

Mosaic Red Hats’ franchise partnership with the iconic roast beef brand dates back to 2014 when it acquired 13 restaurants across Tampa, while also agreeing to construct more in the region. Since then, the company’s portfolio has grown to 42 locations throughout Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia – a growth that “can be attributed to the strong values and vision that Mosaic has a company,” and its mission statement to “build opportunity by investing in brands, people, and systems designed for what’s next, because a better tomorrow requires the right pieces today,” according to its website.

Meanwhile, Arby’s enjoys the distinction of being “the first national franchised, coast-to-coast sandwich chain and has been serving fresh, craveable meals since it opened its doors in 1964,” according to the company’s website.

Nearly six decades later, the company operates and franchises more than 3,400 restaurants all over the world, and has become synonymous with its signature roast beef and French dip sandwiches, as well as its barbecue sauce.
