Headed up by Rich Knowles, chef and owner at catering company Innovative Dining, EnRich Bistro is preparing to make its long-awaited return in Bradenton. Shuttered during the difficult pandemic years, EnRich Bistro faced a long journey toward reopening: the Bradenton Herald broke news of the reopening in September 2021, giving an anticipated reopening date of Spring 2022.
A Spring 2022 reopening may not have eventuated, but a 2024 reopening now appears to be at hand in the restaurant’s new location at 5239 Manatee Ave W. The restaurant recently took requests for reservations for a special Mother’s Day brunch, and according to a recent Facebook post, was almost overwhelmed with requests.
“WOW! We are BLOWN AWAY!” says the post. “In just 24 hours, our Mother’s Day books filled up with over 250 reservations!”
“This is a great problem to have!” said one comment. “Can’t wait for the grand opening!”
EnRich Bistro’s website is currently under construction, but anticipation continues to build. “Exciting News! We’re Cooking Up Something Special!” the website declares.
What Now reached out Monday to Chef Knowles to inquire about EnRich Bistro’s updated opening timeline. Knowles declined to comment immediately on the subject.
