“Each home at Ad Lofts will be a heavily-curated design experience and a unique architectural statement,” MTBH Studios owner and founder Richard McGinniss says in the ILtB coverage. “Nothing remotely like Ad Lofts is being offered in this market.”

In addition to housing, Ad Lofts will be home to two new concepts from restaurateur team Christophe Guillot and Philippe Challeau. Guillot and Challeau are behind St. Pete’s Bacchus Wine Bistro, “an oasis of Old World charm nestled within St. Pete’s expanding modernity.

Bacchus offers dishes like Escargot in the Shell and French Onion Soup, plus Tuna Carpaccio and Steak Au Poivre. Details on the menu and cuisine for the Ad Lofts concepts are not yet available. What Now contacted Christophe Guillot on Monday. Guillot said it was too early yet to comment on the project.

In addition to the new restaurant, the coverage tells us, the ground floor will also see the development of a new cafe from the restaurateur pair.

Construction has yet to start on Ad Lofts.
