“The restaurant will offer boba tea, Japanese coffee, and onigiri,” says coverage by I Love the Burg published earlier this month. For the moment, this description will have to tide us over.
Behind the restaurant is Majestic Restaurant Group, the hospitality force behind concepts like Zukku Sushi, Ling’s Dumplings, and KH BBQ, along with the upcoming Tampa Bay debut of popular “Japanese-born experiential fast-casual concept” Pepper Lunch.
Majestic Restaurant Group is headed up by managing partner Ferdian Jap. What Now reached out to Jap on Friday to inquire about Samurai Cat. The restaurateur was not immediately available for comment.
