The Cohens did not return a request for comment.
At the time of opening their second location in Winter Garden earlier this summer, Chris Cohen said in a statement, “We are honored to open our second restaurant in our hometown. Our kids go to school here, we shop here, and we look forward to meeting new neighbors in this fast-growing community.”
Huey Magoo’s, which bills itself as serving the “filet mignon of chicken,” offers various meal deals that can be grilled, hand-breaded, or sauced, alongside traditional buffalo chicken sandwiches and wraps as well as the company’s signature Magoo’s sandwich and wraps, and a few salads to boot.
However, “The beautiful part of it all,” the company writes on its website, “is that whether you’re having our tenders as a meal, on their own, in a salad, sandwich or wrap, it’s all based around the tender – and a smile.”
