Last week, Chris Kramolis, CEO of Rock N Roll Sushi, announced that the company had signed an Area Representative Agreement Andrew and Terri Jessen, Craig and Dianne Lemieux, and John and Katerina Weissfisch, owners of Rock N Development. The agreement includes 35 Rock N Roll locations in Southwest and Central Florida.

“One of my other partners and I were pulling back and semi-retiring, getting out of restaurant operations,” Craig Lemieux told What Now on Monday. “We were presented with Rock N Roll Sushi by some colleagues, and it was just too exciting not to get involved with.”
According to a press release, the first locations from the new area developers are expected in Tampa and Naples, but the Area Representative Agreement covers a very broad area ranging “from West Palm Beach to the Daytona Beach and Orlando areas, and across to Tampa, Fort Myers and Naples as well.”
“At Rock N Roll Sushi, fans enjoy food that’s deliciously twisted and made fresh for everyone,” says the press release. “Boasting concepts and flavors that are big, bold and loud, Rock N Roll Sushi is the only place to experience the rock music you love and the rolls you love with the ones you love! Everything about the American-style sushi restaurant, from its soundtrack to its soul, is pure rock ‘n roll – raw, inspired, amplified.”
Lemieux said the first Tampa Bay location should soon secure a lease and can be expected to open in Q3 of this year. The second location, he said, can tentatively be expected in Q1 2024.
The longtime restaurateur expressed enthusiasm about the Rock N Roll Sushi brand’s welcoming atmosphere and accessibility as a concept.
“It’s not as intimidating as some current sushi restaurants you might walk into,” said Lemieux. “With the atmosphere of rock n’ roll and videos playing, it’s a great place to go and have fun and relax. You can bring the family or just go out with your friends.”
