“SURRPISE,” says an Instagram post by the brand. “We’re opening our second location in TAMPA, FL!”

The Zen Noodle Bar menu features selections of bao buns (with ginger tofu, pork belly, or bang chicken), Banh Mi (with proteins like char su pork, bulgogi beef, and teriyaki chicken), and more.

Rice dishes—with choice of chicken, pork, tofu, shrimp, ribeye, or salmon—including Zen Fried Rice and Kimchi Fried Rice, while Noodle dishes (served with the same protein choices) include Pad Thai, Drunken Noodle, and Stir Fry Noodle.

“ZEN Noodles Company is a Pan-Asian restaurant that isn’t afraid of FLAVOR,” the post continues. “Inspired by our travels, we’re bringing you the bold flavors of Asia—Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, Japan, and the Philippines.”

What Now reached out to owner Hung Nguyen on Tuesday to ask about plans for the new location’s opening. Nguyen was not immediately available for comment.
