“We will continue to run AS NORMAL all summer long at our original location at Alderman and 19,” reads a post on the brand’s Instagram. “We’re STOKED to announce a BIGGER! BETTER! Location coming this fall!”

Rocky Mountain Subs offers a selection of subs called Cosmos in 6”, 8”, and 12” varieties. They include the Italian (genoa salami & smoked ham), Turkey Breast (whole muscle, sliced thin), and the Club (turkey breast, ham).

The sub shop’s Rotating Specials include the Hickory Smoked Pastrami (choice whole brisket corned and smoked over hickory and sliced thin, horseradish, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, onion, special peppers, vinaigrette) and the “Baked, not pressed” Colorado Cuban (Hickory smoked Duroc pulled pork, genoa salami, sliced hamswiss, deli mustard, sweet pickle chips, special peppers).

What Now reached out on Tuesday to owner Laszlo Varga to inquire about the upcoming move. Varga declined to make any immediate comment.
