“It’s going to be the same flavor offerings,” founder Max Chillura told What Now on Friday. “We are also looking to do some fun stuff later on, to collaborate with Armature Works and do a custom flavor.”

Chill Bros.’ Staple flavors include Brown-Butter Praline-Pecan, Sicilian Pistachio, Rocky Road, Tampa Banana, Mad Vanilla Bean, and more. And as Mardi Gras season approaches, Chill Bros. is preparing to relaunch its beloved King Cake flavor (A Fat Tuesday indulgence of vanilla-cream cheese ice cream with thick swirls of cinnamon caramel and chunks of homemade King Cake, sprinkled with Mardi Gras sugar).

After the launch at Armature works, Chillura says the plan is to keep growing. The brand is “still looking” for its next outpost, Chillura said.
