Tampa’s Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar Is Getting a New Home

Tampa’s Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar located is headed to a new location at 4342 W Boy Scout Blvd., according to recent coverage by ThatsSoTampa.com. Fleming’s will move into the space formerly occupied by Roy’s Restaurant, near Bloomin’ Brands headquarters. The coverage says a flagship Bonefish Grill is planned for the current Fleming’s location.

“The new steakhouse will be 13,268 square feet,” says the coverage, citing further coverage by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, “and building records peg the cost to build its shell at $3.5 million.”

The steakhouse chain offers a dinner menu that opens with Starters like Sweet Chili Calamari, Seared Pork Belly, and a Chilled Seafood Tower. Its steaks include an 11-oz. Main Filet Mignon and a 16-oz. USDA Prime Dry-Aged Ribeye. There are also plenty of seafood choices, like Seared Scallops with miso butter, shitake, scallions, and ginger salsa verde or Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass.

For dessert: New York Cheesecake, Crème Brûlée, or the brand’s Signature Olive Oil Cake; to drink: a variety of hand-crafted cocktails like the California Jam Jar (Ketel One vodka, fresh basil, ripe strawberry & citrus with savory hints on the nose) or the Espresso Martini.
