“Ash and Alter Ego are two distinct venues that will share a blend of culinary mastery and artistic ambiance unique to each concept,” partner Chon Nguyen says in the coverage. “Beyond an elevated menu and unmatched atmosphere, our goal is to present curated experiences that will mesmerize our guests.”

What Now first reported on Ash’s opening back in September 2022. The restaurant will offer a “focused yet fun and playful cuisine with Italian undertones.”

Alter Ego, meanwhile, will be “a music-forward cocktail lounge, offering an energetic vibe and proper, soulful hospitality. Alter Ego boasts a curated musical experience alongside a monochromatic design that includes intimate seating as well as social spaces.”
