Behind the Tampa Bay expansion is franchisee STA Management. STA Management recently submitted paperwork for another new Potbelly further from the coast, planned for 1315 Posner Blvd in Davenport.

“From the comforting, melty cheese of a toasted sandwich made with love, to classic photos of Jimi Hendrix shredding a guitar solo at Woodstock, Potbelly is just a fun place to be,” says the brand’s website. “We’re a first-class dive. A place to take a break from it all. Sure we make the best toasted sandwiches in all the galaxies (sorry aliens, but it’s true). But we serve them up with a smile. That’s easy when you love what you do: Making people really happy with craveable food, from our toasty sandwiches, soups, salads, fresh-baked cookies and hand-scooped milkshakes.”

The Potbelly menu features sandwich classics like the Cubano and the Italian, along with choices like the Pizza Melt (Pepperoni, old-world capicola, crumbled meatball, smothered in marinara sauce, provolone, Italian seasoning, mushrooms [where available]), and the Mediterranean (All-natural grilled chicken, feta, zesty hummus, artichoke hearts [where available] roasted red peppers, cucumbers).

The Posner Boulevard location is part of Posner Park, an outlet mall home to food and drink spots like Chipotle, Spoon & Sprinkles Ice Cream, and Davenport’s Alehouse.
