A new cafe and restaurant is preparing to open in Spring Hill, near the intersection of Deltona Boulevard and Forest Oaks Boulevard. Izo’s, the new restaurant, will open at 3465 Deltona Blvd, according to a plan review submitted by Izo’s Latin Cafe LLC.
What Now confirmed news of the opening with co-owner Rashel Rodriguez on Thursday. Rodriguez said the menu will feature bowls, salads, and wraps, plus a selection of sides and empanadas.
Izo’s will feature limited seating, focusing primarily on servicing takeout and delivery orders, Rodriguez said.
Launching in the Deltona Boulevard location, Izo’s will join a restaurant community that includes Philly’s Best Cheesesteak House, Turnpike’s Rest Stop, and Back Roads Pub.
