“Ringside Cafe had a 35-year-long run in St. Petersburg, originally operating out of what is now The ‘Burg’s only Trader Joes at 2742 Fourth St N.,” says the CL Tampa Bay coverage.

In addition to Omnia Blue Gentleman’s Club, Deltwaine and Jermaine Holmes, the team opening Opulence Nightclub, also own and operated 31 Grand, a sports bar which opened in St. Petersburg back in 2022.

“We are a brand-new nightclub set to become the hottest spot in downtown St. Petersburg!” says an Instagram post by Opulence Nightclub. “Our venue promises an electrifying atmosphere, top-notch entertainment, and an unmatched drink selection.”

What Now reached out to Jermaine Holmes last week into inquire about plans for Opulence Nightclub. Holmes was not immediately available for comment on the project, but What Now is awaiting more information.
