“The Collective at Escape will be the heartbeat of our community,” says Escape Brewing’s website. “You will be able to experience multiple options of chef driven, artisanal food combined with a cocktail focused Bar. The Collective at Escape is also attached to the award winning brewery, Escape Brewing Company, known for their award winning IPAs, fruited sours and lagers.”
As The Collective’s opening approaches sometime this summer, What Now will take a closer look at some of the concepts opening in the upcoming food hall as they are revealed.
Another concept launching in Escape Brewing’s upcoming Collective at Escape food hall is Jimmy Renners Burger Co., a new concept from Chef James Renew, the culinary force behind Clearwater’s The Little Lamb Gastropub.
An Instagram post announced the opening a few weeks back.
“Jimmy Renners Burger Co. is a haven for smash burger and fried chicken enthusiasts, crafted by Chef James Renew from Little Lamb Gastropub and Estuary NPR with prime ingredients at its core. Nestled in the heart of The Collective at Escape, they pride themselves on sourcing only the finest ingredients from Creekstone Farms beef and Bell and Evans chicken, ensuring each bite is a savory delight. From classic comforts to bold innovations, their menu will keep you coming back for irresistible flavors and a unique dining experience. Welcome to Jimmy Renners Burger Co!”
What Now confirmed the news with Renew on Tuesday. Renew said it’s too early to share any more details about this upcoming smashburger concept.
