Launched in Trinity back in 2014, Escape Brewing Company began as a small craft brewery, and ever since it’s been racking up new beers and new awards. And now Escape, helmed by founders John McGregor and Matt Thompson, is preparing to branch out with a new facet of the Escape brand: The Collective at Escape Food Hall.

“The Collective at Escape will be the heartbeat of our community,” says Escape’s website. “You will be able to experience multiple options of chef driven, artisanal food combined with a cocktail focused Bar. The Collective at Escape is also attached to the award winning brewery, Escape Brewing Company, known for their award winning IPAs, fruited sours and lagers.”

In addition to food and drink, The Collective will feature pet-friendly outdoor space with games and live music events.

“This will be the place to be in Trinity, FL to EAT. DRINK. ENJOY. ESCAPE.”

The Collective at Escape is expected to open this spring at 11495 Trinity Boulevard. What Now reached out to Matt Thompson and John McGregor this week to ask about plans for The Collective’s launch. The brewers were not immediately available for comment.

You can follow @thecollectiveatescape on Instagram to keep up with the opening.
