What Now reached out on Thursday to co-owner Ronald Casteel to inquire about plans for Chicago Hot Dogs and Beef. Casteel confirmed new of the opening but said it is still too early to discuss the specifics of the restaurant.

Apart from the hot dogs and beef found in the name, then, little is known about the upcoming restaurant’s menu offerings and overall brand. What Now is awaiting further information, however, so stay tuned for possible updates in the future.

Casteel did not confirm the address provided in the paperwork.

Opening in the retail center at 61st and Seminole, Chicago Hot Dogs and Beef would join local businesses like The Golden Egg Tattoo Company, The Psychedelic Jester Smoke & Gift Shop, and Paradise Pub.
