Born out of Speaks Clam Bar, Hi Hospitality’s celebrated seafood and pasta concept, Speaks Pasta will offer a selection of pasta dishes, the I Love the Burg coverage says.

Then there’s Constellation Burger, which will offer a “cosmic culinary experience, combining the elements of earth, wind, fire, and water to create burgers that taste out of this world.”

Strawberry Fields, on the other hand, will offer a selection of flavorful health-focused choices (the details here are still forthcoming).

These three concepts are added to Hi Hospitality’s Palm Avenue Deli concept, which offers classic sandwich choices; Kojo, another award-winning concept from Hi Hospitality, serving Modern Asian cuisine; and Bar Hana by Kojo, Central Park’s rooftop spot.

“Welcome to Central Park St Pete,” says the Central Park website, “a gastronomic journey the likes of which Tampa Bay has never experienced. A modern destination for conceptual dining created by Tampa Bay’s own Hi Hospitality Group.”
