“I wanted to bring something really great to the area,” co-owner Alex McGarrity told What Now on Monday. McGarrity is an alumna of the Culinary Institute of America and has worked with a number of restaurant groups in the Miami market. “It’s a place full of families and retirees, and it’s going to be a great community spot.”

Noah’s will open in an upscale space with comfortable sofa and booth seating for 20-30 guests, with a trendy mid-century modern vibe.

“It’s going to be a great family spot, a great place to hang out, work, or grab a good snack,” said McGarrity.

Noah’s will serve Counterculture Coffee, along with a selection of breakfast empanadas, pastries, muffins, cookies, and other baked goods.
