“What kind of food is this?” asks the Florence and the Spice Boys website. “That’s easy, kind of. As chefs, we draw inspiration from various sources and cook dishes that ignite our passion. Our mission is to create unique, delicious, and visually beautiful dishes that we hope will leave a lasting impression… With a menu featuring smaller plates, our wish is that you grab a few friends, relax and enjoy an array of flavors and dishes.”

The brand’s small plates menu includes choices like Bhel Puri (Indian trail mix, peanuts, green apple coriander chutney, yogurt, tamarind), Smoked Harissa Shrimp, and the Falafel Pita (hummus, smoked harissa, beet tahini, picked slaw, amba, mild garden pickle). There are also Handhelds like the Lamb Flatbread, and the Turmeric Fried Chicken Sandwich.

Joining University Town Center, Florence and the Spice Boys will be part of a community of restaurants that include Ford’s Garage, Yard House, Blaze Pizza, and more.
