The Dunedin-based authentic Mexican restaurant, Crazy Burrito, is looking to open its third outpost in Sunshine Plaza at 8165 State Rd 52, according to a plan review filed yesterday, Dec 1, with the city of Hudson.
Earlier this month, the restaurant posted a “coming soon” announcement to its official Facebook page, however, a representative of Crazy Burrito did not return a request for comment and it’s unclear when the Hudson location might open.
True to its name, the Crazy Burrito, which currently operates two other locations in Dunedin and Tampa, has an extensive menu of burrito options – 16 to be exact – including a Nacho Burrito, Lengua Burrito, Campechano Burrito, Tofu Burrito, Fish Burrito, and of course, Signature Crazy Burrito. There are nearly as many tacos, as well as tostadas, bowls, salads, and a sandwich option.
