Rock N Roll Sushi offers an approachable menu of Americanized sushi offerings, with rolls that are bound to be welcoming even to guests intimidated by raw fish. There’s also a selection of Hibachi dishes, plus Opening Acts like Crispy Wontons, Tuna Tataki, and Jalapeño Poppers.

“We’re proud to be the original American-style sushi restaurant founded on great food and rock ‘n’ roll music,” says the brand’s website. “Boasting concepts and flavors that are big, bold, and loud, we’re the only place to experience the rock you love and the rolls you love with the ones you love.”

The projected opening for the Lithia location, at 5629 Circa Fishhawk Blvd, is still unknown.
