“It’s going to be something like a flagship for the H brand,” co-owner Ahmet Ozhamurkar told What Now on Wednesday. “We’re trying to have everything perfect.”

Opening in a nearly 8,000-square-foot space, the new H location will seat 185 guests and will also boast a 1000-square-foot patio.

“The important thing is that we purchased the land,” Ozhamurkar said. “So we can make everything from scratch.”

The restaurateur told What Now that the Tampa location can be expected to offer the same menu of “charcoal-oven cooked and charcoal-grilled dishes, slow-cooked barbecue, smoked dishes, sustainable seafood, handmade dried and rested meat, and meze dishes sure to win the hearts of vegetarians” offered at the Orlando location. Standout dishes include meats like dry-aged ribeye, racks of lamb, filet mignon and wagyu, along with seafood and pasta dishes. New creations are to be expected as well.

Asked what the future holds for the H brand, Ozhamurkar said that, in addition to the Tampa spot—which is expected to open in the second half of 2024—the restaurateurs have started scouting sites for a location in West Palm Beach.
