Founded in New York City back in 2004, Shake Shack has exploded to include more than 250 locations in the United States (and plenty more internationally).

“Our custom 100% Angus beef blend, never frozen, no hormones or antibiotics ever, humanely raised and grazed in the USA,” says the brand’s website.

Shake Shack is home to burgers like the Korean BBQ Burger (for a limited time only!), along with the ShackBurger, the Avocado Bacon Burger, the SmokeShack, and more. Chicken is also on the menu, in the form of sandwiches like the Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich (also for a limited time) and the Chicken Shack, along with Chicken Bites.

On the sweet side are shakes like the Coffee & Donuts Shake, the Maple Snickerdoodle Shake, and the Frozen Hot Cocoa Shake (all three of which you will, also, need to stop in soon to try).

What Now reached out on Monday to Shake Shack chief development officer Andrew McCaughan to inquire about plans for a new Tampa location at International Plaza and Bay Street. McCaughan was not immediately available for comment.
