Tampa’s University area appears to be the future home of a new Mexican restaurant. A plan review recently found by What Now describes a restaurant called Adriana’s Mexican Bar & Grill opening at 1509 E Fletcher Ave.
What Now reached out on Tuesday morning to owner Jorge Cordova. Cordova declined to comment at this time.
As a result, the details about Adriana’s Mexican Bar & Grill’s menu remain unknown, although for the moment it is safe to anticipate a combination of Mexican cuisine and adult beverages.
The location on Fletcher Avenue is just east of the intersection with North 15th Street, near Fletcher Supermarket. Nearby is Honduran restaurant El Sabor Latino, and just west of the intersection is a small cluster of food and drink spots like Taqueria Olivos, Persia House of Kabob, Beijing House, and Pizza Famiglia.
