Four Exciting Restaurant Concepts Opening at the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort

The new concepts include prime steak and seafood, Mediterranean food, and more

Launching soon at 1601 Gulf of Mexico Dr in Longboat Key, St. Regis Longboat Key Resort promises to be a great culinary destination, with four exciting restaurant concepts set to open at there(a big draw for prospective guests and residents).

“Where the waters of the Gulf of Mexico meet the sky, and the white sands of one of the country’s best beaches meets the surf is The St. Regis Longboat Key,” says the resort’s website. “Nestled on Sarasota’s most coveted barrier island, experience the epitome of luxury at our pristine 18-acre resort, providing a refined elegance with exquisite design, legendary sunsets and unparalleled personalized services.”

To top it all off, the following four restaurants will be opening at the resort:

Oshen – the resort’s Japanese restaurant and rooftop bar.

CW Prime– a high-end prime steak and seafood concept.

Riva – a Mediterranean-style restaurant featuring a pasta bar and Mediterranean/Italian cuisine

Aura – The resort’s “beach grill,” which will offer Cuban sandwiches and other Caribbean cuisine.

What Now confirmed the news with Chuck Whittall, president of Unicorp National Development, on Thursday.

“We have excellent chefs,” Whittall said. “The food is going to be amazing.”
