Local entrepreneur and chef Antonio Horsley is preparing to launch a new food truck in the Tampa and St. Pete areas. If the name of the new truck, Blazin Seafood and Wings, sounds familiar, you may be recalling Chef Antonio’s Blazin Kitchen, the chef’s first truck, which was unfortunately lost in an automotive accident. Now Chef Antonio is preparing for a comeback.

“The concept is that we’re doing comfort food and bar foods,” the chef told What Now on Friday. “Wings, fried shrimp, fried lobster tails, items along those lines.”

Blazin Seafood & Wings is Horsley’s second food truck project, but he’s built experience in the restaurant business for about thirty years.

“When COVID hit, that was my chance,” the Horsley said. “That was my opportunity to take that leap of faith and do it for myself.”

Blazin Seafood and Wings hasn’t decided on its upcoming location(s) yet, but the plan is to stick to the same formula that worked for Chef Antonio’s Blazin Kitchen, setting up outside clubs and other nightlife spots to satisfy your late-night cravings.
