Mitchell Ranch Plaza, the retail center on the southeast corner of the intersection between Little Road and FL-54 in Trinity, is getting an influx of healthy bowls, salads, wraps, and other health-conscious meals. SoFresh, a healthy fast casual chain that already has seventeen locations operating in the state of Florida, will open open an eighteenth at 3144 Little Road.

The SoFresh menu features a Design-Your-Own approach to warm bowls, salads, wraps, and quesadillas, along with a selection of predesigned flavor profiles. These include Warm Bowl varieties like Superfood (red quinoa w/ lemon zest, brown rice w/ parsley, broccoli, tomatoes, walnuts, avocado, balsamic vinaigrette, recommended with blackened salmon) and salads like the Strawberry Fuiji Salad (baby spinach, strawberries, Fuji apple, almonds, feta, citrus agave mustard. recommended w/ grilled chicken breast).
To these are added proteins like Grilled Chicken Breast, Buffalo Chicken, Grass-Fed Steak, Organic Tofu, Blackened Salmon, Gulf Shrimp, and more.
What Now reached out on Wednesday to Chris Gaj, the franchisee behind the location. Gaj was not immediately available for comment on the upcoming SoFresh location.
Opening at Mitchell Ranch Plaza, SoFresh will join food and drink concepts like Chili’s Grill & Bar, Steak ‘n Shake, Panera Bread, and Zim Zari.
