Drive-thru coffee chain Scooter’s Coffee has well over 400 locations operating in at least 29 states (with more to come). The chain announced last April that it had signed a franchising deal to bring three locations to the Tampa market. Since that time, one location has opened in Pinellas Park, 4672 Park Boulevard. According to the Scooter’s Coffee website, future locations are planned in Brandon and St. Petersburg.
The new locations are brought to Tampa by franchisees Angela Bastian and Jamie Bastian.
“We had a friend who sang praises about Scooter’s Coffee so we did some research and discovered the company had so much potential,” Angela Bastian said in the 2022 press release. “The business model, how the company is run, and their core values were all very intriguing to us.”
What Now reached out to Angela Bastian this week to inquire about plans for the upcoming Scooter’s locations. Bastian was not immediately available for comment.
