The intersection of North First Street and East Stuart Avenue in Lake Wales is the future home of a new concept that will bring together a venue, catering services, and a cafe. The new concept, Patio 105 will open at 105 E Stuart Avenue, according to a submitted plan review.
What Now confirmed the news of the opening with a representative of Patio 105 on Friday. Apart from the overall picture—venue, catering, and cafe—the representative said it’s still too early to share more details about the new spot.
Located across the street from the Historic Walesbilt hotel, Patio 105 will join Melanie’s Seafood Company. Based around FL-17, the restaurant community includes concepts like Mimi’s Bakery, Market Cafe, and The Ranch Taproom & Coffeehouse.
