Nosh Caterers May Be Opening a Restaurant

Formerly known as Edibles by Ethel, Nosh Caterers is a longstanding part of the Tampa Bay culinary community.

“Founded by Ethel Pila,” says a description on the Nosh Caterers website, “they have catered events ranging from 6-600 guests in numerous venues including the Tampa Museum of Art, the Ybor City Museum, the Dunedin Community Center, and the Dali Museum.”

Now, plan review paperwork has been submitted by 2040 W Platt Inc that appears to a show a new restaurant called Everything by Nosh Caterers opening at that address (2040 W Platt St.)

What Now reached out to Nosh Caterers co-owner Max Sherard on Friday to inquire about plans for Everything by Nosh Caterers. Sherard was not immediately available for comment, but stay tuned for an update as more information is revealed.

Nosh Caterers’ menus have featured salads; fish dishes like Moroccan Salmon with curried yogurt, spiced cous cous, roasted vegetables, and fresh cilantro; vegan choices like Zucchini Noodles with puttanesca sauce, kalamata olives, capers, and red chili flakes; and more.
