Haines City Plaza, the retail center located where East Hinson Avenue meets US Highway 17-92 in Haines City, will soon be home to a new taco spot. Plan review paperwork shows Taqueria Agave opening at 1671 E Hinson Avenue, in a freestanding building near the street.
What Now confirmed news of the opening with owner Carolina Garcia on Wednesday. Garcia was not immediately available for a conversation about the project but said the restaurant is working toward an opening in September.
Apart from the name, no details are yet available on Taqueria Agave’s menu offerings. Stay tuned for updates as more information is revealed.
Launching in Haines City Plaza, Taqueria Agave will join restaurants like Flavors de Rosita and El Tarasco. Also nearby are restaurants like Juancho’s Birrieria, La Villita Bakery, and La Michoacana Tradicion Natural.
