A new restaurant is preparing to open its doors on Park Boulevard in Pinellas Park, Between 44th and 43rd Streets North. Paperwork submitted by JJ&HH LLC shows Nambo Kitchen opening at 4366 Park Boulevard.
Details on Nambo Kitchen’s menu are not yet available, but the name “Nambo” is one often given to Vietnamese restaurants. One Fresno, California-based Nambo Vietnamese Cuisine presents the following explanation of the name: “Nambo is the combination of the word “nam”, as in Vietnam, and “bộ”, meaning a set in Vietnamese.”
What Now reached out on Tuesday to co-owner Hugo Huynh to inquire about plans for the Nambo Kitchen opening. Huynh declined to comment on the restaurant.
The Park Boulevard location is part of a food and drink community that includes Firehouse Subs, Sawatdee Thai & Sushi, Korean BBQ, Sonny’s BBQ, and Pho Quyen Vietnamese.
