The restaurant is locally owned and operated by sibling duo, Matt and Austin O’Neill, Tampa natives bringing their passion for great food to the region. “We’re beyond excited to introduce Tampa to its very first Barberitos,” said Matt O’Neill in a statement. “Our ingredients are fresher, our veggies are tastier, and our guac and salsas are absolutely delicious-er. We pride ourselves on putting the ‘er’ in everything we do—because you can’t spell Barberitos without it! Tampa, get ready for a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t find anywhere else.”

The grand opening event will feature exciting giveaways, including free Barberitos for a year for the first 100 guests, along with other exclusive prizes and promotions throughout the opening weekend.

Guests will enjoy a customizable menu packed with farm-fresh ingredients, hand-smashed guac and freshly chopped veggies, pasture-raised beef and hormone-free chicken, hand-grated 100% all-natural cheese, freshly prepared chips and more.

With extended hours from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, Barberitos will cater to students, professionals, and families looking for a convenient, healthy meal option throughout the day and night.
