Located at the roundabout that connects Central Sarasota Parkway with Honore Avenue in Sarasota, the Shoppes at Palmer Ranch will soon welcome a new Japanese restaurant into its business community. Fuji Sushi & Steakhouse will open there, at 8401 Honore Avenue, Unit 1, according to a plan review submitted by Fuji Sushi Steakhouse LLC.
Details are not yet available on the Fuji Sushi & Steakhouse menu, but a representative confirmed with What Now on Friday that the opening, originally planned for September, is now expected for October.
Located in Venice, Fuji Sushi & Steakhouse’s sister restaurant Fuji Sushi Hibachi Noodles offers sushi rolls like the Philadelphia Roll, the Dragon Roll, the Yellowtail Scallion Roll, and much more. It’s not yet known how closely the menu choices at Fuji Sushi & Steakhouse will mirror those of the Venice restaurant.
Anchored by a Publix Supermarket, the Shoppes at Palmer Ranch is home to retailers and businesses like Sherwin-Williams, Wellness Animal Hospital, and Ann Volcano Nail Lounge.
