“A 10-year journey is not too long, but we are proud that our dedication and efforts have been recognized along the way,” reads the Brewland’s website.

Well, it looks like that journey is still only beginning. Plan review paperwork submitted by Brewlands LLC shows a fourth Brewlands Bar & Billiards location in the works, this time in Clearwater, at 12505 Icot Blvd #214.

“Larry, Mikey, Stuart and Chad set out to bring about an upscale Billiards Hall with plenty of space, comfortable seating, good food and plenty of TVs to watch all your favorite sports, a place for competition, rather Pool or darts, group events and date nights and a place you can bring the whole family too during the day,” says the Brewlands website’s About page. “Fast forward and we are branching out with 3 locations and more expansion coming soon.”

What Now reached out on Friday to owner Larry Walthall, who was not immediately available to comment on a Clearwater opening.
