Precision Drive, a small street off Discovery Way that runs parallel to Laurel Road in Venice, appears to be growing its restaurant community. A plan review submitted by 500 Degrees of Venice LLC shows a restaurant by that name (500 Degrees of Venice) opening at 1069 Precision Drive, Suite 104.
Behind the restaurant owner Salvatore Cararo. What Now contacted Cararo on Friday to ask about the restaurant’s menu, opening timeline, and overall brand profile. Cararo said 500 Degrees of Venice is still about a year out from its opening and that it’s too early yet to share any information about the menu, which is still under development.
We’re left guessing, for the moment, as to what will be on 500 Degrees of Venice’s menu when it opens in 2025. But it’s not so difficult to guess: not many foods are cooked at 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Pizza is safe bet.
Google Maps does not pin the Precision Drive address to specific location yet. However, the street is already home to a small retail center, the Shoppes at Laurel Square, which houses food and drink concepts like Subway and Back Porch Brewing Company. The food and drink roster appears to be growing.
