Known for its coffee and creative cocktails, The Blend Coffee & Cocktails is preparing to expand once more in St. Petersburg, opening at 3501 Central Avenue, in St. Pete’s Central Oak Park neighborhood, according to recent coverage by St. Pete Rising.
Founded by mother-and-daughter duo Stacha Madsen and Nichole Richardson, the brand traces its origin back to Seattle, where Madsen ran coffee shops by the same name.
The Blend’s menu offers familiar espresso drinks, plus drip coffee and cold brew. Its slate of beverages also includes teas, specialty drinks, and smoothies. On the food side, the menu features plenty of breakfast offerings, including breakfast sandwiches and burritos, plus pastries.
The Central Oak Park location will be the brand’s fourth in St. Pete (a second recently opened in the city’s Magnolia Heights neighborhood), and its eighth in total. Other locations are in Tampa, Palmetto, and Pinellas Park.
