A new nutrition-focused cafe is preparing to open its doors in Lutz, not far south of the intersection between Collier Parkway and FL-54. Sunrise Energize will offer smoothies, protein shakes and other health foods at 1946 Collier Parkway.
“Whether you need a place to work, going to the gym, or you are relaxing with the family, there’s something for you at Sunrise Energize!” says the brand’s website, which describes Sunrise Energize as a “nutrition cafe with sunny and energizing tunes.”
The website features a menu that, while still under construction, includes Refreshers—beverages with Vitamin C and antioxidants—along with protein shakes, protein smoothies, and juices. Coffee drinks also appear to be on offer, along with the intriguing-sounding Protein Waffle: “loaded with protein, sugar-free drizzles available.”
The Collier Parkway location is one of several food and drink spots surrounding the Collier/FL-54 intersection. These include Pizza Suprema, Tijuana Flats, and sweetFrog.
What Now reached out to owner Xiomara Hess on Tuesday. Hess was not immediately available for comment.
