With a total of more than 20 locations currently operating in Florida (and more than 700 nationwide) Qdoba Mexican Eats is building out its footprint in the Greater Tampa Bay area, where it has locations in Tampa, Riverview, and Brandon. The chain’s fourth location in the area, and its first in Pinellas County, is working toward an opening before the end of the year, Liz Montante, one of the franchisees behind the upcoming location, told What Now on Friday.

“We’re currently in permitting,” Montante said said of the location’s opening timeline. “We’re hoping for mid-November, but I can’t give a firm date yet.”
Recent coverage by St. Pete Rising places the new location at 1330 Fourth Street N, “in the 2,100-square-foot space formerly occupied by Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen.”
The Qdoba Mexican Eats menu includes dishes like the Cholula Hot & Sweet Chicken Bowl, the Chicken Queso Bowl, and the Chicken Protein Bowl. Qdoba also takes the familiar build-your-own approach to its burritos, tacos, and bowls.
What Now is awaiting more details from the location’s franchisees, so stay tuned for updates.
