Pacific Counter’s build-your-own approach allows guests to choose to Bowl It or Roll It, choosing a base (sushi rice, brown rice, noodles, mixed greens); choosing from proteins like tuna, salmon, tofu, calamari, and more; adding toppings and mix-ins like garlic crisps, pickled ginger, scallions, and alfalfa sprouts; and finally, topping it all off with sauces like Citrus Ponzu, Chili Aoili, or Sesame Waina.

Anchored by a Publix Super Market and a Joann Fabric and Crafts, the Landings is home to a number of food and drink spots, including Apollonia Grill, Florence and the Spice Boys, and Origin Craft Beer and Pizza Cafe.

What Now reached out to co-owner Tanner Loebel on Tuesday afternoon. Loebel was not immediately available for comment.
