Located at the intersection of Seminole Boulevard and Ulmerton Road in Largo, Largo Plaza is adding a new gelato shop and cafe to its culinary roster. Blive Gelato & Coffee will open 10500 Ulmerton Road, Unit 390, according to submitted plan review paperwork.
The Blive Gelato & Coffee website invites you to “Savor the Gelato Bliss!” It also says the gelato shop is “Coming Soon.”
Meanwhile, the Blive Gelato & Coffee Instagram page declares, “We are a bunch of gelato nuts!”; and a recent post says the gelato shop is “getting everything ready to open soon.”
What Now reached out on Thursday to co-owner Diego Traian to inquire about the opening. Traian was not immediately available for comment. For the moment, this leaves us guessing on Blive Gelato & Coffee’s menu offerings.
Opening in Largo Plaza, Blive Gelato & Coffee joins a food and drink community that includes restaurants like Olive Garden, The Spot Sushi Burritos Ha Long Bay, Greek City Cafe, and Firehouse Subs.
