Don Ricardo’s Taqueria is the food hall’s quick service taco concept. A post on the Central Park St. Pete Instagram page says Don Ricardo’s “invites you to enter the culinary ring where our tacos throw flavor punches. Every bite is a fusion of bold, lively spices, delivering flavor knockouts that’ll keep you coming back for more rounds!”

Next up is Park Pie Pizza, a pizza joint bringing together Roma-style pizza with the New York City vibe. As the Central Park St. Pete describes it, “Park Pie Pizza is inspired by the classic flavors & techniques of Rome, as well as the quintessential pizzerias of New York City. Our pizzas are thin crust, personal-sized pies, and are crafted using only the highest quality artisan ingredients available.”

Then comes Kojo Wok, a spinoff that brings the Kojo concept into a fast-casual Stir Fry space. “Introducing our next concept for the main food hall level… Kojo Wok,” Central Park St. Pete says. “Favorite flavors of Kojo captured in a wok, in a convenient fast-casual format. We will take our inspiration from the vast and varied cuisines across Asia, leaning into a street food style.”

And finally, a concept about which only a little info has been revealed: The Meadows. It’s called simply a “purveyor of sweet treats.” We’re not sure what kind of sweet treats these might be—maybe many kinds. Central Park promises “your delicious escape from the city’s hot streets. Summer’s essence in every bite, under Central Park’s enchanting lights.”
