With locations all over the state of Florida (and the country), Bowlero is known as much more than a bowling alley: it’s an all-around entertainment hub: arcades, bowling, event space for parties, a sports bar and more. There are locations in Tampa, Lakeland, and Bradenton, and now a fourth bowling entertainment center is planned for Brandon, where plan review paperwork shows an opening planned at 320 Brandon Town Center Drive.

BokorsCorner.com reported the news on the first of January, naming the previous occupant of the 40,000 square foot building: Bad Bath & Beyond.
However, the entertainment center in question will not be called Bowlero. In fact, the Bowlero brand is in the process of phasing out: the company announced back in December that it is rebranding as Lucky Strike Entertainment.
“This change reflects the company’s evolution and commitment to offering a broader range of entertainment experiences, expanding beyond traditional bowling and positioning Lucky Strike Entertainment as a premier entertainment destination,” says a press release.
Lucky Strike is not only a place for entertainment; it also a has a killer food and drink program: “From gourmet burgers and hand-crafted pizzas to our unique, expertly mixed cocktails, every item is crafted to perfection. You can savor these culinary delights anytime you hit the lanes,” says the Lucky Strike Entertainment website.
“The rebrand to Lucky Strike Entertainment represents more than a name change; it’s a commitment to creating dynamic, all-encompassing entertainment experiences for a wide range of guests,” Thomas Shannon, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Bowlero Corp said in the press release. “As Bowlero Corp. continues to expand into new entertainment verticals, we recognize the need for a brand that reflects the full scope of our offerings. This positions the company to embrace a more diverse range of experiences and firmly establishes our future, furthering our leadership in the entertainment landscape.”
More than 75 Bowlero locations will now being the process of rebranding to Lucky Strike over the next few years, and the change is reflected in the submitted paperwork, which shows not Bowlero, but Lucky Strike Entertainment.
