As craft doughnut shop and cafe chain Parlor Doughnuts continues on an explosive growth path, with franchise locations planned all over the country, the brand is continuing to bolster its footprint in the state of Florida. There are eleven Parlor shops currently operating in the state, and a twelfth now looks to be planned for Lakeland, where submitted plan review documents show an opening in the works at 238 N Massachusetts Ave.

The Parlor menu features craft doughnuts in tempting varieties like French Toast, Maple Bacon, Churro, Turtle Cheesecake, and many more. Breakfast choices like an acai bowl, avocado toast, and breakfast sandwiches and tacos round out the early-morning picture, as does the brand’s selection of coffee drinks. If you’re looking to indulge a bit more, try one of Parlor’s Doughboy Milkshakes.
“We are a craft doughnut and coffee shop offering an array of unique bakery items, including our Famous Layered Doughnuts™; vegan/gluten friendly, and keto friendly products; artisanal breakfasts; and specialty coffee,” says the Parlor website. “Our goal is to efficiently deliver a superior product, at a moderate price, with exceptional service, in a comfortable setting.”
What Now reached out to co-franchisee Christina Hitchcock to ask about plans for a Parlor opening in Lakeland. Hitchcock was not immediately available for comment.
