Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly expanding breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, began serving the most important meal of the day in Clearwater, Fla. on Monday, Sept. 16, 2024. Located at 1620 North McMullen Booth Road in the Bayside Bridge Plaza, this is the first Eggs Up Grill for franchise partners and brothers John and Anthony Corso. To celebrate the opening, the first 10 people who dined at the Clearwater restaurant on Monday, Sept. 16, 2024 received free breakfast for a year. The giveaway is good for one meal each month for the first year.

John Corso has been an architect and construction manager for the last 25 years and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for more than two decades. Anthony has been in the insurance industry for the last 25 years, working in sales, risk management and consulting; he will operate the restaurant. The brothers grew up slicing meats in their father’s butcher shop and deli in Brooklyn, N.Y., and have always had a love of entrepreneurship and the restaurant industry. They were researching business ventures together when they discovered Eggs Up Grill.
“We fell in love with the food, décor, atmosphere and energy of Eggs Up Grill and cannot wait to fill the need in Clearwater for traditional, American breakfast done right,” said Anthony Corso in a statement. “We look forward to serving our neighbors the best breakfast, brunch and lunch in town and invite everyone to join us for our grand opening.”
With indoor seating for 134, the 2,950 square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright and cheery atmosphere. The Clearwater restaurant will serve guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering and delivery options available.
Eggs Up Grill will serve its full menu open to close. Menu items include the founder’s recipe corned beef hash with potatoes, onions and special spices, as well as made-to-order omelets, buttery, grilled blueberry muffins, classic breakfast dishes, croissant-style donuts and lunch selections including burgers, melts, salads and more. Eggs Up Grill also caters events big or small, with a menu featuring breakfast favorites like eggs, grits, home fries, biscuits and gravy and muffins. Salads and sandwiches are available for catered lunch.
Eggs Up Grill has locations across the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas and Mississippi. There are more than 100 Eggs Up Grills under development or committed to open over the next decade.
