“We here at Chuck Lager America’s Tavern are dedicated to creating new stories, adventures you will share for years to come,” reads the Who We Are page on the chain’s website. “Indulge in our chef-inspired menu, perfected by Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani. Lose yourself in our vast selection of craft bourbons and ice cold beers or hammer that sweet tooth with our decadent desserts.”

The dinner menu at BABB’s Chuck Lager locations opens with starters like Deviled Eggs, Fabio’s Meatballs, and Shrimp Bao Buns. A selection of burgers and handhelds includes the Greek Burger (Lamb Patty, arugula, cucumbers, “tzatziki” sauce, diced tomatoes & red onions, cotija cheese) and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. A list of entrees features offerings like Fabio’s Fire Roasted Half Chicken, Chuck’s Citrus Salmon, and a NY Strip Steak.

For dessert: Limoncello Mascarpone Cake, Flourless Chocolates Torte, Salted Caramel Cheesecake, and more.

Located on the northeast corner of the intersection, the Bridge Street Chuck Lager intersection will join a food and beverage community at the Bridge-Marina intersection that includes Buzzed Bull Creamery, Cru Cellars, and Qwench Juice Bar & DRNK Coffee + Tea.
