Graze Craze, a relatively new charcuterie franchise concept, is gearing up to make its St. Petersburg debut with an outpost located at 2220 Central Ave, led by local franchisee Alex Gonzalez, who hopes to open later next month or early January.

According to Gonzalez, however, this first outpost will function as a sort of research initiative before she begins targeting more areas for expansion into next year and beyond.
“I figured we’d just wait to see what the buying trends are, and maybe some suggestions – where we see we’re getting a lot more deliveries – so it’ll really just depend on consumption, and the needs of our customers,” Gonzalez tells What Now Tampa.
Moreover, in an interview with local media outlet St. Pete Rising published last Wednesday, Nov 23, Gonzalez said she “plan[s] to open two more locations in the St. Petersburg area,” and that more specifically, she’s “hoping to open one in St. Pete Beach.”
Graze Craze offers an extensive menu of its signature grazing boards, each with its own adorable name to boot, such as The Gone Grazey, Grazey for Keto, Vegegrazin, and Sweet & Grazey. There are also seasonal favorites which currently include The Fall Board and the Game Day Board, as well as grab-and-go options for a light lunch, or the Char”Cutie”Cup, “designed as a snack for one on the run.”
Graze Craze was founded in 2018 by air force veteran Kerry Sylvester, with the humble mission “to approach everyone connected to Graze Craze with a servant’s heart,” adding on its website, “We are committed to a trusting relationship with our customers based on the perfect execution of design, quality ingredients, and customer service, by meeting our customers’ needs before they even know what those needs are.”
Gonzalez echoes the sentiment, saying, “At Graze Craze, we’re dedicated to not only providing the most convenient, high-quality charcuterie boards delivered at no expense, but we’re just able to deliver such an elevated customer experience. I take pride in being able to accommodate anything from a picnic for two, to a wedding grazing board.”
